Our RISE-UP supervision training course consists of:
Three-day face-to-face practical training course:
Day 1:
Group Supervision training including a specifically designed group supervision RISE UP tool.
Day 2:
Individual Supervision training, including case study scenarios and ethical issues. Topics covered include the theory of supervision, best practice, professional supervision, required skills, content of sessions, different settings and forms of supervision, supervisor, and supervisee responsibilities, legal and risk management issues, legislation, frontline management supervision, internal versus external supervision, issues in applying professional supervision, resistant supervisees, notetaking and record keeping, mental health Issues transference, stress, anxiety, conflict, and potential burnout, consent forms and ethics.
Day 3:
Assessment that is practical and brilliantly unique to the RISE UP model as an invaluable learning experience. Extra highly trained and credentialed assessors join our team on this day for additional support.
